Hi, I'm Gabby.

I’m a product manager in Brooklyn, and I love taking messy, rule-heavy problems and turning them into products people actually want to use.
I started my career in marketing, which taught me the thing I still care about most: start with the customer. From there I moved into technical project management, ran my own consulting practice, and led product marketing before moving into product full-time.
Since then, I’ve built in some of the most complex spaces out there. At Stream, I rebuilt a chatbot into an AI agent that helped frontline workers apply for benefits they qualified for, and grew enrollment 75% in five months. At LeafLink, a cannabis marketplace regulated state by state, I led a turnaround that took NPS from -65 to +13 and built tools our biggest sellers relied on.
Outside of work, I coach early-career students through Braven, volunteer at New York Road Runners events, and run as often as I can (10K is my sweet spot). I also have a cat who thinks she runs the place.

Stabilized a critically broken checkout and payment experience that was driving customer churn across LeafLink's B2B marketplace. Diagnosed the core transaction failures, prioritized the right fixes, and shipped a more reliable end-to-end flow that recovered trust with buyers and sellers.

Redesigned LeafLink's marketplace ranking and product discovery systems to better match buyers with the right products at the right time. Led the largest buyer research initiative on the platform to make sure the changes were grounded in how retailers actually shop.
Engineering velocity

Cleared the noise between product and engineering by sharpening priorities, tightening specs, and showing up to conversations with prototypes instead of just requirements. Using AI tools to generate implementation-ready flows and edge cases meant engineers spent less time guessing and more time building and cutting backlog friction and accelerating delivery in a single quarter.
